Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film on the soles remains intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
